Shipping Sync™ automatically syncs tracking numbers and shipping updates from your suppliers to your Ecommerce platform. You can choose to automatically pass updates along to your customers or send updates manually. Shipping Sync™ comes with multiple customizable settings to give you the ultimate control over your customer experience.

Feature How To Use Steps:

Auto sync with supplier

1. 1. Login into AliExpress / eBay account
   2. Navigate to Dropified ‘Settings' page
   3. Under the Auto Fulfill section, enable the ‘preferred options' (enabled by default)
   4. Scroll down and click ‘Save'

Manual sync with supplier

1. 1. Login into AliExpress / eBay account
   2. Navigate to Dropified ‘Tracking' page
   3. Click ‘Sync with Supplier' button on the upper right-hand side of the page
   4. Click ‘Start Update' button
